His background includes supervisory and management roles across various sectors, including university campuses, retail and loss prevention, local airport security, banking and financial institutions, mobile and foot patrols, and fire watch services. What sets Joseph Elite Security LLC apart is its commitment to hands-on training and high standards, as reflected in the success of its founder's security guard training school.

In addition to his frontline experience, Mr. Joseph is a Certified Security Instructor and founder of the Joseph Security Guard Training School in Baldwin, Long Island, which has been authorized by the New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services for nearly a decade. The academy, known for its hands-on training and high standards, offers a comprehensive curriculum covering all security aspects, from basic guard duties to crisis management. This commitment to quality is reflected in countless 5-star reviews on Google.

A Journey of Resilience and Purpose

Mr. Joseph's journey is a testament to resilience and transformation. Born in Haiti, he migrated to the United States at the age of 16, arriving alone on a small boat without any family or formal education. Due to these unique circumstances, he was placed into long-term foster care at HeartShare Human Services of New York with a compassionate family in Hempstead, Long Island, where he began his remarkable journey.

Although he had never attended school and did not speak English, his loving foster parents enrolled Mr. Joseph in the 9th grade at Hempstead High School. The early years were challenging—navigating a new language, culture, and formal schooling for the first time. However, he mastered the language through sheer determination and hard work. He graduated with a New York State Regents High School Diploma, a remarkable accomplishment considering the daunting task of starting from zero.

Academic and Professional Achievement

Mr. Joseph's unwavering commitment to education led him to the State University of New York (SUNY) at Old Westbury, where he majored in Politics and Law with a Minor in Pre-Law, a rigorous academic track. His dedication to learning and justice continued as he earned his bachelor's degree and immediately enrolled in the Master of Public Administration program at C.W. Post, Long Island University.

Driven by his passion for justice and learning, Mr. Joseph completed two years of Law School and later earned a paralegal certification, graduating second in his class. He worked full-time as a Paralegal in New York City and Nassau County, gaining valuable legal experience in immigration law, trust and estate law, criminal law, family law, Real Estate law, legal research, and corporate law.

Security Leadership Grounded in Real-World Experience

Throughout his legal career, Mr. Joseph remained an active security guard, working evenings, overnights, and weekends. His lived experience - both academic and practical - laid the foundation for Joseph Elite Security LLC, a company built on principles of discipline, trust, integrity, and professional excellence.
